Pumpkin Spice Shooter with Halloween Ghost

Whip up this spooky dessert for your upcoming Halloween party. Pumpkin Spice mixed with chocolate and graham cracker crumbles – there are no tricks with these treats.


  • 1 package Royal Delights Pumpkin Spice
Chocolate crumble:
  • 24 teaspoon graham cracker crumble
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar
  • 2 teaspoons butter melted
For garnish:
  • 1 tablespoon white chocolate morsels melted
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate morsels for garnish


  1. Follow the instructions for the Pumpkin Spice, transfer into a piping bag
  2. Chocolate crumble: combine all the ingredients and stir
  3. For the graham cracker ghost: Microwave the white chocolate for 30 seconds, and repeat the process until melted. Dip one dark chocolate morsel into the melted white chocolate to create one eyeball, "glue" in the graham cracker, repeat the process for the second eyeball
  4. To assemble: Add 1 teaspoon of chocolate crumble into each shooter, use a spoon or a piping bag to portion the Pumpkin Spice, garnish with the graham cracker ghost and chocolate crumble
