Make your own sweet crepes with this Royal Delights Salted Caramel crepe recipe!


  • 1 package Royal Delights Salted Caramel
Crepe batter:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • Whipped cream spray
  • 6 strawberries
  • Caramel syrup


  1. Follow the instructions for the Salted Caramel, reserve it
  2. For the crepe: Mix all the ingredients, use 1/4 cup measurement to portion the batter into the skillet; Add a little oil or butter into the skillet to cook the crepes; Cool it down. Cut the strawberries in 2 wedges
  3. To assemble: Use a small spoon or a piping bag to fill up half of the crepes, fold it, and drizzle the caramel syrup, add whipped cream spray, and the strawberry wedge
