Salted Caramel Mini Chocolate Pies

These mini pies make the perfect bite-sized treat. Fill homemade mini chocolate cups with our Royal Delights Salted Caramel for the best bite ever.


  • 1 package Royal Delights Salted Caramel
  • ½ cup dark chocolate morsels
  • Mini cupcake silicon mold
  • Caramel syrup
  • Pinch salt


  1. Follow the instructions for the Salted Caramel, transfer it into a piping bag (use a rosette tip)
  2. For the mini pie shell: Microwave the dark chocolate morsels for 30 seconds, stir and repeat the process until melted; To coat the silicon mold use a small spatula or a spoon, leave in the cooler for 5 to 10 minutes before add the filling; Pipe the Salted Caramel with the rosette star tip
  3. Optional: add caramel syrup and sprinkle a pinch of salt on top
