Salted Caramel Trifle with Bacon

They say bacon makes everything better; that’s why we topped our salted caramel trifle with it. Chocolate, salted caramel and bacon in a delightful little dessert cup – it’s just what you’ve been looking for.


  • 1 package Royal Delights Salted Caramel
  • 1 package Royal Delights Chocolate French Silk
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup bacon bites (24 pieces)
Chocolate crumble:
  • 12 teaspoons graham cracker crumble
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners sugar
  • 1 teaspoon butter melted


  1. Follow the instructions for the Salted Caramel, transfer it into a piping bag; Follow the instructions for the Chocolate French Silk, transfer it into a piping bag
  2. For the chocolate crumble: mix all the ingredients with a fork
  3. To assemble: Add 1 teaspoon chocolate crumbles in each shooter, pipe the Salted Caramel, pipe the Chocolate French Silk; Garnish with a piece of bacon and a few dark chocolate morsels
