This no-bake mini pie dessert recipe pairs white chocolate and peanut butter into a delicious little dessert. Simple and delicious, it makes a great treat for family and friends.


  • 1 package Royal Delights White Chocolate
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 12 Mini pie shells
  • ¼ cup White chocolate morsels


  1. Follow the instructions for the White Chocolate, reserve half of the batter to mix with the peanut butter, transfer the other half to a piping bag; In a bowl fold the peanut butter with 1 cup of White Chocolate, then finish to fold the remaining half of the White Chocolate
  2. To assemble: fill up the pie with the White Chocolate peanut butter mix, then pipe the White Chocolate on top or use a small spoon
  3. Optional: If you plan to make it in advance, melt ¼ cup white chocolate morsels to coat the mini pie shells before adding the filling, this process will guarantee a crunch pie crust
